How Do I Obtain a PA Real Estate License ?
Requirements For Real Estate Salesperson:
Be 18 years of age.
Be a high school graduate or equivalent.
Complete 60 hours of real estate instruction:
Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours)
Real Estate Practice (30 hours)
Pass both portions of a written examination prior to the issuance of a license.
Where Do I Take The 60 Hours of Real Estate Instruction?
Here are some of the Real Estate Schools offering the required courses:

Please note: Official documentation of education requirements will be required at the test center for admittance.
To Register For Testing in Pennsylvania:
Call ASI s Candidate Care Center (1-800-274-7107) to make a reservation for
the EXPro electronic testing system date and location desired.
Provide your full name, address, social security number, daytime telephone
number, date of birth and the name of the examination you will be taking.
If you are taking the examination for the 2nd time you will have to provide your score report.
You will receive a confirmation number that is needed to be admitted to the test center on examination day.
Once you have passed both sections of the exam you will be given information on
how to apply for licensing with a real estate broker.
