Professional Background and Education

Adam has been working in housing development, financing and management since 1983. Along with being a licensed REALTOR®, Adam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Adam has a keen eye for detail and is an expert negotiator. Adam will make sure that things go as smoothly as possible, from beginning to closing.

Penny has also been working in housing development, financing and management with Adam for the past 12 years. As well as being a licensed REALTOR®, Penny has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Temple University. Penny will use her expertise to your advantage. For buyers, Penny will keep you up to date on all the new listings that meet your criteria. For sellers, Penny will use her expert marketing skills to list your home in its best light. From expert photographs, to a professionally-written description, your listing in the MLS will stand out from the rest. Penny is also a skilled decorator and home stager and will help you stage your home to maximize all your home’s assets.

Personal Background, Interests & Community Involvement

Penny and Adam Roth are both born and raised in the Lehigh Valley. Both of their children grew up in Allentown, attending public schools. Their daughter is currently in college and their son is a college graduate, working in television production.  

Penny and Adam are avid supporters of the cultural arts in the Lehigh Valley, and are patrons of the Lafayette College Williams Center for the Arts, the Zoellner Center at Lehigh University and many other cultural and art related entities.  

Penny and Adam strongly believe in being involved in the community and donating to charity. They both have volunteered on several committees and non-profit boards, have served as volunteer coaches on both children’s athletic teams, and support many non-profits in the Lehigh Valley and beyond.  Penny and Adam have made a special commitment to support charities related to the provision of housing and food, locally, nationally and internationally.
