Finding a home is an exciting and often overwhelming experience.  I am here to be your personal advocate to assist and educate you through the entire process.  Regardless of if you are buying your first home or investing in Real Estate as a profession we will work together to make your dreams come true!

 

Professional Background

I was destined to be involved in Real Estate.  Growing up in  a family of Realtors and Investors I learned the ropes early.  I often attended showings and Open Houses.  I saw the benefits and rewards of being involved in the business - The incredible relationships built between Realtor and Client.  Afterall - Your home is one of your greatest investments!

Education

Growing up in the lehigh Valley, Melinda attended Parkland High School.  She was very active in both sports and philanthropy.  Her competitve nature had her excel at Fitness, Cross Country, Swimming and Track and Field.  Outside of academia she was involved in her Synagogue and various other Charities. 

A Lehigh University Alumni - her love for the Lehigh Valley grew.  She studied Finance and Information Systems as well as a minor in Jewish Studies.  Upon graduation she spent 6 years in New York City cultivating a career in Sales, Marketing and Public Relations.  She then spent two years learning the International Real Estate business in Bejing, China.  She is proud to be back working in the Lehigh Valley.

Real Estate is a family business.  She also has a passion for health and fitness and completed her Certification from Columbia University as a Nutrition Counselor.

Personal Background

Born in New York, but raised in the Lehigh Valley I have had an incredible experience watching the Lehigh Valley grow and flourish.  I have to say, It is an incredible place to live and have a family.  Being an ideal location to so many wonderful destinations: the beach in the summer, skiing in the winter months, hiking, biking, shopping, culture and entertainment to name a few.  I love to keep active and have a strong passion for nutrition and wellness.

So connected to the Lehigh Valley, after completing studies at Parkland High School I went on to study Business at Lehigh University.  Post college I found myself in New York City honing my skills in Sales, Marketing and Public Relations.

Being able to have a career and spend time with my family was very important so after a 2 year stint overseas in Bejing, China I decided to more seriously pursue my interestest in Residential Real Estate.

I currently live close to those who matter most - my family.  My family spans Pennsylvania, Conneticut, New York, and Phode Island. My husband, Jeff and I have an incredible 19 month old son, Skyler Cooper Engel.  He is our pride and joy!

I have a passion for helping others.  Every day is a blessing.  My family and I love to volunteer our time to a number local and international of Charities.

 

 

Personal Interests

I love to live life to its fullest.  I enjoy any time with my family.  Especially if it involves being active and outdoors.  I love hiking and exploring the great outdoors, pilates, yoga, skiing, the beach, music - especially live music and concerts.  I enjoy culture...cooking and/or dining out.
